El abuso de la línea aérea AIR EUROPA

Buenos días, hoy les quería comentar lo siguiente: si quieren viajar sobre todo a Madrid, aunque les bajen las estrella y el sol dándoles la mejor promoción del mundo piénsenlo dos veces si les ofrecen viajar con AIR EUROPA, porque en lugar de obtener un trato cordial, si ellos presentan algún inconveniente, ustedes lo que recibirán es la mala educación de su personal, su prepotencia y su creencia de que somos un cero a la izquierda. Tomen en cuenta este caso de la vida real, sucedido el día 7 de abril de 2010. Una señora de de 66 años de edad, que sufre de hipertensión, tuvo la terrible suerte de que la línea AIR EUROPA, el día antes mencionado, cancelara el vuelo Madrid-Caracas sin ninguna explicación. Ella junto con otros pasajeros que estaban en la misma situación fueron al lugar de atención al cliente y todos recibieron una rotunda negativa de parte del personal, pues nunca dijeron por qué se canceló el vuelo. Las personas reclamaron y preguntaron: ¿y qué hacemos ahora? A lo que el personal de esta aerolínea se limitó a decir que no era su problema. La señora de 66 años, le suplicó a la señorita que por favor le buscara una solución, debido a que no tenía dinero, pues ella había calculado lo necesario para su viaje y como se regresaba ese día eso no era un problema, además del hecho de que en su país hay control cambiario y las tarjetas en el exterior tienen un límite de días de uso. Sumado a esto se le habían acabado las medicinas de la hipertensión. La persona de atención lo único que le dijo fue “siéntese ahí hasta mañana que salga el próximo vuelo”.

Díganme qué piensan ustedes de lo que les he contado. Si a la señora de la angustia se le hubiera subido excesivamente la tensión y le hubiese dado un ACV o infarto qué hubiese pasado. ¿Qué pasaría si fuese su madre, su esposa, su hija y por qué no, usted mismo? Lo que les puedo comentar es que en mi opinión, las líneas aéreas abusan porque nosotros lo permitimos. Los representantes, los dueños, el personal, sólo piensan que nuestro tiempo no vale nada, que nosotros no importamos. Ellos nos muestran la cara cordial mientras pagamos los pasajes, pero parece que después de eso, se olvidan de nosotros; ya no valemos ni siquiera una respuesta amable.

¿Saben cómo terminó el caso? Se los voy a contar. A la señora se le subió la tensión y se puso mal. Una familia venezolana que estaba en la misma situación le pidió al personal que ayudara a la señora y éste se negó y la humilló diciendo “tenga un ticket para que llame a su familia y para que coma y espere a mañana”. La familia ofendida le dijo a la señora que no se preocupara, que ellos asumirían sus gastos y así fue, la llevaron a un hotel y le pagaron todo. No obstante, todos solicitaron una hoja de reclamo que les fue negada. La señora de 66 años, antes de salir del aeropuerto llamó a la gente del seguro de viajes para que la auxiliara y estos le dijeron que era contra reembolso, pero sorpresa, sorpresa, sólo reembolsan el dinero si la línea aérea emite una carta exponiendo las razones de la cancelación del vuelo. Y por supuesto son tan cobardes, abusadores y prepotentes que se niegan a emitir la carta. La señora aún no ha podido cobrar el dinero del seguro para pagarle a la familia que le ayudó.

Creo que el problema es que estamos acostumbrados a dejar pasar las cosas, a no reclamar y dejar que nos pisoteen por el simple hecho de que son grandes corporaciones y empresas a las que no les importamos, pues el reclamo de una sola persona no vale nada. Sin embargo, les puedo decir que hay gente que si reclama por sus derechos y de hecho hace unos años salió una sentencia del tribunal supremo de justicia de los países de la comunidad europea donde obligan a las líneas aéreas a cumplir con los pasajeros y a solucionar cualquier inconveniente que sea causado por ellos mismos, tales como una cancelación de vuelo o un retraso. La aerolínea dependiendo del caso debe pagar entre 250 y 1500 euros por hacerle perder el tiempo al pasajero y causarle molestias.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

This film directed by Mike Newell show to Harry Potter teenager that must to confront death again. Whithal picture is different to others because it isn’t a film for kids. The dangers are greatter than the preceedings. The first time somebody die and the Potter can’t do for to avoid. Otherwise the young wizard fights against malevolent wizard Lord Voldemort without helps of friends.
Harry Potter and the goblet of fire is a movie full of emotions. The love, hate, treason and dangers are someone things that can appreciate in this film, moreover amazing performance of Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter, Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley, Emma Watson as Hermione Granger, Ralph Fiennes as Lord Voldemort and Michael Gambon as Albus Dumbledore.

Madre Coraje

Madre Coraje is a dramatic work to put on stage for team theather of Ucab at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. That relies on the excellent performance of the team of actors like Ana Rosa Paladino as Madre Coraje, Ida Medina as deaf daughter and Manuel Tovar as Requesón. This dramatic work talks about the injustice and the price of the war.

The plot of the story of “Madre Coraje”, is about the woman that must survive to sequel of the war and to see, how this one snatched the sons. Wherefore she becomes in a person with a stoneheart, insensitive and without scruples.

Madre Coraje in her wheelbarrow supplys to soldiers of the food, drinks and charges. This last the event makes It´s doing that she lost the son in a hands of the army.

Learning Process of English

The English is for me a fascinating language that I always wished to learn to write and to talk. I have study that language for long time, nevertheless I stop to practice until forgot it. I forgot that I liked it very much. I always tried to write and learn the texts in English. Furthermore I always listen to English music. Now I have returned to study, but it´s hard to recover the agility and skill that I had before. I keep on trying. It most difficult of the English is the grammar.

This year, I learnd diverse techniques of writing like Freewriting, brainstorming and clustering, but I like the freewriting because I love to write history of fiction, songs and poems. Whithal the brainstorming is useful when I’m going to write for this techniques help me to find a new subject. These two techniques are that I use more.

My great difficult when I write to thinking in English and afterwards to translate it. It´s hard think in English because sometimes I don´t find a word appropriate for I need to know more vocabulary.

Otherwise I believe for I improve my vocabulary I must practice more. I can make better my English writing and pronunciation if I read, listen and write everyday.
